Liminality at UNICEF

UNICEF is in a period of change. The past no longer holds and the future is not yet clear. Such transitions – personal, societal or global – are unsettling. But they also hold potential for transformation. We need to acknowledge the inherent loss and discomfort, but we also need to think about what is possible. How should we rethink our vision? How can we be stronger in the changing context?
