Quantification

The quantification of vaccines and devices needs is a direct input into subsequent allocation of financial resources and the solicitation process. The forecast exercise provides appropriate planning information with a multi-year estimation of needs.

Note that the parameters listed, specific to each procurement process, cannot be used to draw a score of the vaccine procurement capacity, as they represent different levels of details and granularity. E.g. Some questions might be too general/broad and might need further exploration in order to be used for a proper assessment.
