Contract implementation

The necessary sub-processes, standards and aspects to consider for the contract implementation.

Once a supplier has been selected, through direct and competitive contracting or third party agent, the entity responsible for managing the contract establishes communication channel with the supplier (and freight forwarding and custom clearance agent if applicable) to manage all aspects related to the planning of deliveries, confirmation and monitoring of shipments and final confirmation that the contract conditions have been met.
