UNICEF’s standard contracts, long-term agreements (LTA) and solicitation documents are made up of various elements, including description of goods or terms of reference for services, contractual provisions, invoicing instructions, shipping instructions and the General Terms and Conditions (GTCs), which are attached as an annex to all contracts, LTAs or solicitations.

Below are the main standard texts that are part of UNICEF’s purchase orders, service contracts, LTAs and solicitation documents. For construction-related solicitation documents and contracts, see construction section below.

Construction

Exceptionally for the construction area, the standard contracts, LTAs and solicitation documents for engineering services and construction works are different as they follow specific contract structure represented by the Form of Agreement and three annexes: the Particular Conditions, the Special Conditions (if any) and the General Terms and Conditions for Construction.

Find below the standard documents to be used for the construction area.
