This consultancy will technically support international experts and entities to develop and roll out a WASH focused climate risk-informed training package that will be used as the nationally endorsed capacity development resource and that will also serve as a foundational reference to address capacity gaps and build the adaptive and resilient capacity of critical government officials of MRD and MoEYS officers at the national and sub-national level, in order for those officials to have a better understanding of climate-resilient WASH, and to be able to conduct and facilitate climate risk assessments at different administration levels of government (province, district, commune).
