Highlights
A new UNICEF case study highlights how the MindMatters initiative supported schools in Una-Sana Canton to strengthen emotional resilience, reduce stigma around mental health and create safer, more supportive environments for children and adolescents. Implemented through a cross-sectoral partnership between the education and health sectors, the programme reached more than 6,000 students, teachers, parents and school support staff across 68 schools, while also contributing to broader system and policy changes within the education sector.
