Since 2019, Lebanon has experienced a series of compounding crises that have affected children’s access to education. UNICEF and partners are working with the government to support vulnerable Lebanese and refugee children as well as youth to access learning through a series of non-formal education programmes, including the new Learning Passport Programme.
