Highlights

This manual is for early childhood teachers to promote holistic child development. The manual provides guidelines for classroom management and parental engagement, including health and safety care, as well as strategies for building positive interactions among teachers, children, and families. It aims to enhance effective collaboration and extend child development outcomes in a sustainable way. The manual is organized into five modules:

  • Module 1: The Brain and Learning in Early Childhood
  • Module 2: Early Childhood Competencies
  • Module 3: Classroom Management for Early Childhood Teachers
  • Module 4: Building Community Networks for Early Childhood Care
  • Module 5: Preparing Teachers for Effective Communication
