About
This Policy establishes the organizational framework for due diligence for all financial and non-financial private sector engagements, including fundraising, regardless of permission to use the UNICEF name, logo, and brand. It defines due diligence principles and parameters and sets out accountabilities and responsibilities to support risk-informed decision-making and ensuring all engagements align with the Convention on Rights of the Child (CRC), the Children’s Rights and Business Principles, as well as UNICEF’s mandate, ethical principles and core values.
