The charter of the UNICEF Audit Advisory Committee, approved by the Executive Director, outlines the mandate, responsibilities, authorities and reporting expectations.

The Committee periodically reviews the charter and may advise the Executive Director on the need to review or amend the charter. The Executive Board will be informed of changes, if any, through the Committee’s Annual report.
