A disability-inclusive humanitarian action has implications for budgeting and resource mobilization. As part of humanitarian action, children with disabilities need to be included in planning, mobilizing, and allocating resources. This short guide addresses those aspects. It introduces considerations in inclusive budgeting, how to estimate the costs relating to disability inclusion, and provides tips on disability inclusion within the resource mobilization strategy. 

This short guideline is part of the Toolbox on including children with disabilities in humanitarian action which provides a package of operational tools to strengthen disability-inclusive disability inclusion in emergencies based on the Core Commitments for Children in Humanitarian Action (CCCs).
