The Values Clarification Workshop Facilitation Guide is designed to complement the gender-transformative approaches(GTA) within the UNFPA-UNICEF Global Programme to End Child Marriage and the UNFPA-UNICEF Joint Programme on the Elimination of Female Genital Mutilation. These activities delve into participants' attitudes and beliefs concerning gender, agency, autonomy, and power. By engaging with these themes, individuals are empowered to critically assess their programs, advocacy, and engagement with various communities. Drawing from participatory learning methods, this guide fosters introspection and collective exploration of values, beliefs, and biases.
