UNICEF joins Thai people to offer deepest condolences on the passing of HRH Princess Bajrakitiyabha

BANGKOK, 12 June 2026 — UNICEF Thailand expresses profound and heartfelt condolences to the people of Thailand on the passing of HRH Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendira Debyavati.

Beloved by her people, the distinguished Princess was a devoted advocate for children. She generously offered her support to UNICEF to advance the development and well-being of women and children in Thailand, especially the most vulnerable.

Her commitment to public service and her deep devotion to the Thai people will continue to inspire us all to create a better world for children.

UNICEF shares the grief of the entire Kingdom and joins the nation in offering our deepest condolences during this time of national mourning.
