TP for UNICEF

Since 2022, TP has partnered with UNICEF to advance children’s rights by investing in two areas where needs are greatest: access to quality education and emergency humanitarian response.

Education is the cornerstone of a child’s future. Through this partnership, TP is supporting UNICEF to create safer and more inclusive learning environments in Brazil, Ghana, and the Philippines. This includes improving water, sanitation, and hygiene facilities in schools, training teachers, and providing essential school materials. 

In the Philippines, for example, Teleperformance’s support has enabled national policy improvements and expanded early childhood education services. Since the start of the partnership, more than 89,000 children aged 3–4 years and 2,500 educators have directly benefited from these initiatives.

Beyond education, Teleperformance is also committed to help children in need by supporting UNICEF’s Global Humanitarian Thematic Fund which helps deliver life-saving assistance in some of the most challenging contexts worldwide. In 2024, this included providing health services to nearly 54,000 women and children in Sudan. Since its inception, the partnership has supported emergency responses across Ukraine, Syria, Türkiye, Nigeria, Latin America and the Caribbean.

This collaboration is rooted in a shared vision: to build a brighter future for children, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals. By combining the commitment of the private sector with UNICEF’s on-the-ground expertise, this partnership is creating lasting change for children living in vulnerable situations.
