TOMORROW X TOGETHER ask fans ‘How are you feeling today?’ as they launch mental health campaign
The band’s TOGETHER FOR TOMORROW campaign with UNICEF aims to create an environment where young people feel comfortable to speak up and seek support on mental health.
Seoul, 29 April 2026 – K-pop artists TOMORROW X TOGETHER today launched the TOGETHER FOR TOMORROW campaign to promote open conversations on mental health and support young people to build the social and emotional skills they need to thrive.
The campaign is part of a global partnership announced last year between TOMORROW X TOGETHER, their label BIGHIT MUSIC and UNICEF. Through the partnership, TOMORROW X TOGETHER have pledged to contribute US$1.4 million to UNICEF programmes over the next two years and use their voice to support children and young people to build the social and emotional skills they need to thrive.
A 2025 study by the UNICEF-led Global Coalition for Youth Mental Health found that young people, despite their resilience, creativity and determination, often feel overwhelmed and insufficiently supported to navigate their mental health needs. The study, based on a survey of more than 5,600 young people aged 14-25 globally, found that 4 in 10 of those surveyed still feel stigma around speaking out about mental health in schools and workplaces, only half know where to find resources to support their mental health and just 55 per cent believe they have effective coping mechanisms to support their mental health and wellbeing.
“The mental health of children and young people is one of the defining challenges of our time and it demands partnerships that can match the scale of the crisis,” said UNICEF Deputy Executive Director Kitty van der Heijden. “TOMORROW X TOGETHER connect to audiences worldwide with an authenticity that can break through the stigma and create an environment where young people feel safe to speak out and seek support.”
The campaign video, featuring the five band members of TOMORROW X TOGETHER, aims to normalize discussions on mental health. Opening with a simple question, 'how are you feeling today?', the video encourages children and young people to stand alongside each other, reassuring viewers that everyone can have difficult days and that seeking help is a sign of strength.
“I believe we can build a brighter future together through this campaign,’ said band leader SOOBIN at a press event hosted by the Korean Committee for UNICEF today. YEONJUN and HUENINGKAI opened up about the pressure and anxiety they felt during the early stages of their career, saying "We hope all young people can take the time to reflect on how they’re feeling and remember that it’s always okay to ask for help whenever they need it." BEOMGYU and TAEHYUN emphasized the courage it takes to speak openly about one's true emotions, saying "We hope this campaign paves the way for a meaningful change."
Fans can view the video on the TOGETHER FOR TOMORROW campaign website, where they will also be able to participate in a short survey exploring how young people feel about mental health today, access wellbeing resources, and find out more about the partnership.
In the next stage of the campaign, TOMORROW X TOGETHER will connect with their fans through a video series called Hearts Together with TXT: The Listening Room Hearts Together Playlist. In the series, airing on the Korean Committee for UNICEF’s YouTube channel, TOMORROW X TOGETHER band members will read stories submitted by fans and offer messages of support.
UNICEF does not endorse any company, brand, product, or service.
