Learning is for everyone (LiFE)
Project | Enabling children with disabilities to thrive
Despite global advancements, children with disablities often face significant barriers to accessing quality education.
Learning is For Everyone (LiFE) seeks to identify and promote practices that ensure equitable and high-quality learning opportunities, enabling children with disabilities to thrive academically and socially.
Focusing on the unique needs of children with disabilities, the project examines current educational policies, the quality of learning opportunities and barriers to inclusion in classrooms using qualitative and quantitative methods. Key areas of investigation include the accessibility of learning materials, teacher training, school infrastructure, and the integration of assistive technologies.
LiFE aims to generate evidence-based recommendations and highlight best practices for inclusive education systems. By dismantling barriers and promoting inclusive schools, the project strives to create an educational landscape where every child can achieve their full potential.
