About
This Policy establishes a clear and centralized disclosure framework for sharing information, where appropriate and consistent with UNICEF’s regulatory framework, with Public Sector Resource Partners on allegations of Fraud and Corruption and sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), as well as other potential misconduct and/or wrongdoing, as applicable, within the mandate of the UNICEF Office of Internal Audit and Investigations (OIAI). The Policy aims to ensure that such information is shared in a manner that first and foremost protects the confidentiality, safety and security of victims, while also protecting the investigative process, ensuring the confidentiality, safety and security of whistleblowers, complainants and any witnesses, and safeguarding the independence of OIAI.
