FHI 360, in collaboration with UNICEF, conducted an evidence review describing the implementation and evaluation of skills-building initiatives for girls' empowerment, with a focus on those that are girl-centered in their design and implementation. The review findings informed the Framework and Learning Agenda for a girl-centered approach to skills-building.
