UNICEF commissioned this Technical Paper on “The contribution Public Finance for Children can make to realizing child protection objectives” to feed into the development process of UNICEF’s new Global Child Protection Strategy. The new Global Strategy (in progress) will replace the 2008 Strategy. This technical paper explores the contribution Public Finance for Children (PF4C) can make to realizing child protection objectives.
