Communities Care : Transforming Lives and Preventing Violence Programme (CC Programme) Part 2: Programme Planning and Monitoring gives those responsible for programme planning and monitoring of the Communities Care Programme the information and tools to start up, implement and monitor the Community-Based Care (CBC) and Community Engagement and Action (CE&A) components of the programme.
Section 1: Information outlines how those responsible can work to plan staffing structure, management, supervision and training; build community partnerships; ensure ethical and safe programming and outlines guidance and tools for planning and monitoring aspects around the programme.
Section 2: Capacity Building provides a workshop guide for staff orientation to the planning process for programme start-up, implementation and monitoring.
