Help UNICEF deliver vaccines to every country and end the COVID-19 pandemic

Together, let’s protect every person, in every country from COVID-19.

Donate Doses Now is a campaign on vaccine equity that ran during 2021, led by UNICEF and partner organizations.

This is the fastest and largest immunization effort in history. On behalf of ACT-A and the COVAX Facility, UNICEF is working around the clock to distribute billions of doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to protect healthcare workers, families and children everywhere.

UNICEF has already delivered 1 billion vaccine doses, but to end this race, we urgently need funds to scale up our deployment of the COVID-19 vaccines, tests and treatments as well as protective equipment to more than 100 low-and-middle-income countries.

We must reach every person, in every country. Will you help?

Are you with us?

#VaccinesWork

A COVID-19 vaccine should be universal and available to every person, everywhere.

Let’s be clear: protecting wealthy countries alone will not allow life to return to normal. As long as the virus continues to spread anywhere in the world, it is a threat to us all.

We must act together, and we must reach those most vulnerable to prevent severe illness and deaths, as well as the appearance of new dangerous variants.

Why UNICEF?

For the past 75 years, UNICEF has stared down some of the biggest crises our world has faced. We’ve been on the front lines of every pandemic, epidemic, famine and conflict since World War II and we’re the largest distributor of vaccines in the world. History shows us we have the experience, tools and partners to not only recover but to build back better.

UNICEF is the largest buyer of vaccines in the world and has the systems and experience to reach families everywhere. Right now, you can help UNICEF distribute billions of vaccines, syringes, logistical equipment and train health care workers to safely distribute vaccines and protect families everywhere.

COVAX is a global initiative to ensure a fair distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine. Through the COVAX Facility (co-led by WHO, UNICEF, Gavi the Vaccine Alliance and CEPI, the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations), a total of 92 countries, known as the AMC923 countries (classified by the World Bank as countries eligible for International Development assistance), as well as more than 90 self-financing countries (comprised of World Bank classified upper-middle-income and high-income countries) will be able to access COVID-19 vaccine doses.
