Highlights

The report Family-Friendly Policy Policies and Practices in Thailand’s Private Sector is the result of UNICEF and Sasin School of Management aiming to understand the practice of family-friendly policies (FFP) in Thailand, as well as putting forward recommendations for applying FFP in workplaces. The report is based on a survey of 100 companies of different sizes and in-depth interviews with 10 leading companies.
