About

The Digital Girls Hub (DGH) is a phygital model (combining physical and digital delivery) supported by UNICEF YuWaah in partnership with Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) to provide low-cost skilling, employment, and social protection to rural and peri-urban women aged 18–29 across Rajasthan, Jharkhand, and Odisha.

How does DGH work?

CSCs mobilize women in their communities, register them on skilling and employment platforms, deliver digital and employability skills training, support job applications, and connect learners to government social protection benefits.

Skill development partners and staffing companies that source job opportunities and hire young women. Outcome-based funding, based on successful, verified placement.

A one-stop platform aggregating jobs, certified courses, career guidance, government schemes, and volunteering opportunities: free for all users.

Hosts certified courses in IT literacy, financial literacy, English, and employability skills. 

Bridges jobseekers and employers through live listings, internship postings, and community engagement tools.
