In this edition of our UNICEF Child Protection update, covering the period from November 2020 through May 20201, we have tried to capture the rich diversity of our Child Protection work across the world and the learnings emerging more than a year after the pandemic changed daily reality for everyone, including children, in fundamental ways.
This update features: a spotlight on UNICEF country office Child Protection programmes from across the world including: Guatemala, Cambodia, Romania, Bangladesh, Egypt, Zimbabwe and the Central African Republic; information on a report that captures the voices and experiences of children and youth who move in the Horn of Africa; a video explaining child protection considerations in back-to-school plans and efforts; and compilation of research and resources from across UNICEF as part of our growing evidence agenda in the context of COVID-19 and beyond.
