Accelerated Learning Programme improves children’s learning in humanitarian settings (Mozambique)

In Cabo Delgado Province, Mozambique, children are leaving school because of COVID-19-related school closures, insecurity, lack of teachers and inadequate learning spaces. To advance children’s re-enrolment, the Government, with support from UNICEF and partners, has developed an Accelerated Learning Programme as part of the strategy to support out-of-school children and children affected by emergencies.
