Case studies

Lessons from the field

UNICEF partners with governments, non-governmental organizations and youth led organizations to develop and implement adolescent mental health programs that address diverse challenges. From supporting adolescents in Nepal, to working in Vietnam supporting mothers and fathers to nurture good mental health through positive parenting skills, these initiatives integrate mental health support across families, schools, and health systems.

This page features case studies highlighting key strategies, outcomes, and lessons learned from these efforts. Explore real-world examples to understand what works and adapt effective approaches.
