  • Early identification of children with developmental difficulties is challenging due to constrained capacity of practitioners and gaps in the relevant service and policy framework.

  • Build the capacity of relevant practitioners to identify early on children with developmental difficulties and provide evidence-based, family-centred early intervention services.
  • Provide technical support for policy development, including the preparation of legislation, policies standards and budget allocations.
