  • Build the capacity of relevant practitioners to identify early on children with developmental difficulties and provide evidence-based, family-centred early intervention services.
  • Provide technical support for policy development, including the preparation of legislation, policies standards and budget allocations.

  • Extremely limited number of nursery places available due to insufficient and fragmented funding allocation.
