Your Face Sounds Familiar for Every Child and Every Parent Raises Over 248,000 Leva to Support Young Children and Their Families

February 23, 2025, Sofia – Over 248,000 leva were raised during the charity edition of the beloved celebrity impersonation show, Your Face Sounds Familiar for Every Child, organized by NOVA and UNICEF Bulgaria. With ongoing monthly donations from viewers who voted for their favorite duets, UNICEF aims to reach a total of 600,000 BGN by the end of the year.

The spectacular event brought together eight of Bulgaria’s most beloved artists—Galena, Orlin Pavlov, Dara Ekimova, Poli Genova, Darin Angelov, Desi Dobreva, Vladimir Zombori, and Toma—who captivated audiences by performing in duets with exceptionally talented children. The winners of the charity episode, Vladimir Zombori and his young partner Mirela, delivered an unforgettable performance of Will Be There for You as Michael Jackson, moving both the audience and TV viewers.

More than 34,400 donors, through one-time and recurring contributions, rallied behind the cause Together from the Beginning, dedicated to supporting the youngest children and their parents. Thanks to the funds raised, UNICEF will extend its Together from the Beginning programme to three additional municipalities, providing individualized support to 300 families. The programme equips parents with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster their children's development and address challenges at the earliest stages.

According to official people metric data, the show achieved the highest average rating among all TV audiences in Bulgaria during its broadcast, surpassing the second-ranked station by more than 100,000 viewers.

The emotional finale featured a moving performance of Support by Mihaela Fileva and the young talents from Bon-Bon. In a surprise announcement, Mihaela Fileva was revealed as the first confirmed participant in the upcoming 13th season of the show.

Alongside hosts Dimitar Rachkov and Gerasim Georgiev - Gero, the evening’s distinguished jury—Yordanka Hristova, Ivet Lalova, Zahari Karabashliev, and Magardich Halvadjian—joined over 250 children on stage in this unforgettable celebration of talent and generosity.
