UNICEF office in Bulgaria invites national bidders to submit a Proposal for an institutional contract for conducting an independent evaluation of the implementation and outcome of the early identification, inclusion and intervention (EIII) program.

IMPORTANT – ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

The Proposals MUST be received at the e-mail below latest by 17:00 h. on 12 May 2025.

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
