For over 70 years, UNICEF has worked in over 190 countries and territories to promote children’s survival, protection and development. We work for every child, everywhere, every day, to build a better world for everyone. And we never give up.

UNICEF has been in Rwanda since 1986. Today, there are about 80 staff members based in Kigali who work across several important programmes to advance children's rights: health and HIV; nutrition; education; early childhood development; protection; water, sanitation and hygiene; and social policy. We integrate communication efforts across all programmes, strengthen partnerships with the public and private sectors, and make sure every child is seen, especially the most vulnerable.

UNICEF is committed to providing equal opportunities in its employment policies, practices and procedures. Join us, and help us make a difference for the children of Rwanda.
