Background:
The United Nations in Rwanda requires janitorial services on a daily basis. Therefore, the United Nations wishes to solicit proposals from registered cleaning companies capable of providing cleaning services to UNICEF, UNDP, UNFPA, FAO, WHO, OHCHR, OCHA, ILO, UNCTAD, UN-HABITAT, IFAD, UNIDO, ITC, UNESCO, UN WOMEN, UNHCR, UNECA, ITU, UNCDF, UNEP, UNAIDS and any other UN Agency Operating in Rwanda.
The successful contractor(s) will sign a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with UNICEF on behalf of other UN Organizations, but UN Organizations will manage payments and all services individually.
The contractor will perform the core activity of providing janitorial services to United Nations offices and gardens. The Long-Term Agreement (LTA) will be for three-year period (2026-2029), with a possibility of extension by two years.

Scope of Work:
The selected contractor(s) will provide printing and promotional materials to UNICEF, UNDP, UNFPA, FAO, WFP, WHO, UNHCR, UN Women, and other UN entities in Rwanda. Proposals may be submitted for one or both lots:
- Lot 1: General printing services, including books, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, stickers, binding, lamination, and large-format items.
- Lot 2: Branded promotional items such as T-shirts, caps, bags, notebooks, water bottles, trophies, and corporate stationery.
Proposal Requirements:
- Technical Proposal: Company profile, list of printing equipment, CVs of key staff, samples, client references (minimum of 3), and evidence of financial capacity (2 years audited statements).
