UNICEF intends to engage with national/ International institutional contract to assess the school nutrition and food environment in Nepal and legal assessment of food environment at Chandrapur Municipality, Rautahat district, Madhesh Province, Nepal

Please note that the attached Annex-B includes the Terms of Reference (ToR), technical evaluation criteria, and the format for submitting technical proposals.

As part of the proposal submission, we kindly request that you include your Vendor Registration Number. If you are a new vendor to UNICEF, please share a signed/excel copy of the Vendor Registration Form (Annex-E) along with the following necessary documents to register in the UNICEF system.

• A void/cancelled Cheque indicating your account number as mentioned in the vendor template.
