UNICEF Nepal is inviting interested companies / agencies / institutions to access the vendor template here.

• The vendor template must include a scanned copy of the attached template with the organizational seal.
• An Excel copy of the same.
• A void/canceled Cheque indicating your account number as mentioned in the vendor template.
• Company Registration Document and Tax Registration/clearance Certificate of last Fiscal year

This form is required when submitting a bid for vendors who are new to UNICEF, those needing to update their contact or bank information, or vendors who haven’t worked with UNICEF in over a year.
