IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE SUBMISSION OF LRPS THROUGH EMAIL, THE SUBMISSION DULY STAMPED AND SIGNED CAN BE DONE ELECTRONICALLY IN PDF FORMAT AND SENT TO [email protected] (Bids sent and/or copied to any other email ID will be considered invalid).
The virtual Prebid meeting will be held on 28th May 2026.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
The submission subject line should have the bid number and name. UNICEF will only accept bid submitted via email.
UNICEF Nepal reserves the right to reject any/all proposals without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
Only successful bidder(s) will be contacted.
Offers with samples MUST be received before midnight 24:00hrs (Nepal Time) on 8th June 2026.
