- An excel copy of the same.
- A void/canceled Cheque indicating your account number as mentioned in the vendor template.
- Company Registration Document and Tax Registration/clearance Certificate of last Fiscal year

Any queries or requests for information related to this ITB should be sent to [email protected] before/on 12 June 2026, and please always quote the respective ITB number-9204138 in the email subject. Clarifications related to this ITB(s) should be sent to the following email address:[email protected] to the Supply unit no later than 72 hours before the closing date of ITB.
To FACILITATE THE SUBMISSION OF ITB THROUGH EMAIL, THE SUBMISSION DULY STAMPED AND SIGNED BID, ALONG WITH ALL CATALOGUE & PICTURES OF PROCUREMENT OF WASH Lab Equipment and Supplies, CAN BE DONE ELECTRONICALLY IN PDF FORMAT WITH AN EXCEL FINANCAIL PROPOSAL FILES AND SENT TO [email protected]
(Bids sent and/or copied to any other email ID will be considered invalid.
A hybrid pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:30 hours (Nepali time) on 29 May 2026 to address any queries/comments on the ITB. We have encouraged Kathmandu-based suppliers to participate in person, while virtual arrangements will be made only for suppliers located outside Kathmandu.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
The technical proposal submission deadline is on 16 June 2026, before 24:00 hrs (Nepal time). The submission subject line should have the bid number and name. UNICEF will only accept proposals submitted via email. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
UNICEF Nepal reserves the right to reject any/all proposals without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
