TO FACILITATE ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF BIDS, BIDDERS MAY SUBMIT THEIR DULY SIGNED AND STAMPED BID, TOGETHER WITH ALL REQUIRED CATALOGUES AND PRODUCT IMAGES FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SNCU, KMC AND SIMULATION EQUIPMENT FOR HEALTH FACILITIES, IN PDF FORMAT, ALONG WITH THE FINANCIAL PROPOSAL IN EXCEL FORMAT, VIA EMAIL TO: [email protected](Bids sent and/or copied to any other email ID will be considered invalid.
A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held at 15:00 hrs (Nepali time) Friday 24 July 20026.

The EXTENDED proposal submission deadline is 06 August 2026 at 24:00 hrs (Nepal Time). The email subject line must include the bid number and bid title. UNICEF will only accept proposals submitted via email. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
Any addendum related to this notice will be published on this page by Monday, 3 August 2026.
UNICEF Nepal reserves the right to reject any/all proposals without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
