These guidelines provide a broad and comprehensive vision of the meaning and implications of quality in early childhood education, in terms of planning, resource allocation, curriculum, pedagogical approach, teaching and administrative staff, and the participation of families and communities.
This publication is particularly relevant for planning interventions that strengthen early childhood education, as well as advocating with relevant partners and stakeholders for quality preschool education.
