Commissioned by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), this Situation
Analysis provides an independent assessment of progress on the realization of
the rights of children and adolescents in Kosovo. The situation analysis identifies
progress in improving outcomes for children and adolescents where this has been
achieved, as well as new challenges, setbacks, and barriers that are impeding
progress in other areas.
