Highlights

The final year of the UNICEF Kosovo Programme 2021–2025 focused on accelerating results for children while laying the foundation for the next programme cycle. Through evidence-based advocacy, strategic partnerships, and innovative approaches, UNICEF addressed systemic gaps to advance children’s rights and well-being. Key efforts included strengthening policy frameworks, promoting gender-transformative programming, improving service delivery across health, education, child and social protection, driving equitable digital transformation through frontier technologies and quality data, fostering climate-resilient social systems, and amplifying child and youth participation to ensure their voices shape decisions.
