Highlights

The purpose of the study is to provide an analysis of the skills adolescents currently have, as well as the skills needed for the future, focusing on the perspective of the adolescents themselves as well as the government and private sector. This analysis will inform actionable recommendations, particularly for UNICEF but also for government and private sector partners, to help equip adolescents with the skills they need to thrive across different learning pathways. These recommendations focus on UNICEF’s added value in this area of work for the future.
