Highlights

Good nutrition is the bedrock of child survival and development. Well-nourished children are better able to grow, learn, play, and participate in their communities.

In support of the Government of India flagship schemes, National Health Mission, National Nutrition Mission (POSHAN 2.0) and National Rural Livelihood Mission, UNICEF India works closely with partners to promote adequate diets, services and practices that support optimal nutrition, growth and development for all children, adolescents and women.
