UNICEF Guinea - Annual Report 2022
FOR EVERY CHILD, RESULTS

Points forts
Throughout 2022, UNICEF proactively engaged with transition authorities to ensure that children's, youth and women's issues feature prominently on the transition agenda, as well as in national legislation, government policies and programmes.
We focused on strengthening our interventions that have a positive impact on education, health, nutrition, water and sanitation, fighting violence against children, and mobilizing all actors around priority areas for collaboration, high-impact intervention models for scaling up, and levers and accelerators to reduce deprivation and inequality. We continue to pay special attention to climate change and its impact on children, as well as gender norms.
None of this would have been possible without the commitment and leadership of the Government of Guinea, and the dedication of our staff, our partners from public and private sector, our donors, our communities, and the children and youth we serve.
