UNICEF Bulgaria is looking for a Social Service Workforce Consultant on Child Welfare to provide technical assistance to UNICEF for design and implementation of a strategy and specific interventions aimed at strengthening the social service workforce and the child protection system in Bulgaria.
Start date of consultancy: 1 October 2018.
End date consultancy: 15 September 2019.
Deadline for applications is: 26 September 2018.
The Terms of Reference provides detailed description of the tasks, responsibilities and required competencies of the Consultant.
