Request for quotations: Equipment for Safety Zone for Unaccompanied and Separated Children

United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Bulgaria wishes to invite you to submit a quotation for Equipment for Safety Zone for Unaccompanied and Separated Children in Harmanli Registration and Reception Center.
Full specifications of the equipment needed can be found in the Solicitation document (LRFQ-2023-9184858), and its Annex.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE BIDDING PROCEDURE:
Each Bidder may submit only one bid for one, two, or for all three lots of items specified in the Solicitation document, according to their portfolio and capacity. Bidders must bid for ALL items in the lot/s they have chosen to bid for. Bids covering only a few and not all items in a certain lot will not be considered.
All Bidders should submit their offers in English, dated and signed, in a PDF format, accompanied by:
· Description (location, capacity, etc.) of the production facility where the offered furniture items are produced;
· At least 2 references from the Bidder's clients;
· Extract from the Commercial Register for registration in Bulgaria.
· Filled-in and signed QUOTATION FORM (p. 6-8 of the Solicitation document)
All offered prices should be in Bulgarian Lev without VAT.
Contract will be awarded to the Bidder/s who have fulfilled all the requirements of the RFQ and have offered the lowest price.
Bidders are required to submit any questions in respect of this Solicitation Document by email to Mrs. Milena Zaharieva-Petkova at bul-procurement@unicef.org. The deadline for receipt of any questions is 14:00 h on 25 August 2023.
