About

As part of the Formative Evaluation of State Programmes for the Development of Education with a Focus on Inclusivity in 2022-2023, a Theory of Change has been developed to assess and further strengthen the inclusiveness of the national education system for the post-evaluation period (2022-2030), taking into account the SDG targets and validity periods of key national program documents.
