Corona vulnerability and the impact on children’s rights

Where to learn now? Where to stand accordingly?

We have lost two precious years of our lives because of COVID-19. I am not sure how effective studying through online classes, where there is no person-to-person interaction.

Only about five to ten percent children have actually benefitted through the online school medium; the rest have struggled for the basic necessities of life. For two square meals a day, and a roof over their heads.

To avoid such situations in the future, should another crisis like COVID-19 strike again, we should ensure:

  1. Every country should focus on its children and ways on how to help them in their physical and mental development.

  2. Availability of nutrient-rich and immunity-boosting food for children since an early age.

  3. Schools with better infrastructure.

  4. Good habits are taught and practiced since an early age.

  5. Teachers are incentivized to perform better. This will improve students’ grasping power too and increase the overall quality of education.

  6. Parents should participate more in their children’s education process.

“After learning clearly what to learn

Stand up accordingly”

Is the advice of the truth-telling language poet. Where to learn now? Where to stand accordingly? I do not know. How time has become. If education for children is taught through a cell phone, what is the reason for that? The COVID-19 has infected the education system of children. Only 5 to 10 per cent of children take such online classes. Most people in this country are poor children. Let’s look at how to make such facilities available to them.

  • Although WHO and UNICEF provide a wide range of assistance to children and adolescents in today's society, every country needs to focus on the children in the adoptive family. Today's situation has become very dangerous. The spread of Corona in particular has greatly affected not only adults but also children.

  • School season is very important for boys. According to "Learn at a young age" and "Bend the twig, bend the tree", going to school is the only way to improve knowledge. Only then will children become the future pillars of every country. Therefore, it is important to emphasize the availability of immunity nutrients to the children from an early age.

  • We need to create the infrastructure to go to schools and learn.

  • We need to practice how to conduct the lesson with experts in today’s era.

  • Online classes are not as relevant as teaching in person, and knowledge does not grow. We need to appoint Great Teacher awarded teachers. The quality of students will rise as they conduct the lesson.

  • We need to create a healthy environment in the future and develop scientists to prevent the development and spread of viruses such as Corona and follow their pieces of advice.

  • Teach good habits with restraints at an early age. All countries should be ordered to comply with such laws, as is the case with many Western countries.

  • Considering that "today's youth are tomorrow's leaders", our demand today as adolescents is that the country should be prosperous, not just as a country but also the world that enriches human resources by teaching children good habits and making them good citizens of the country. The world community, the WHO and UNICEF should provide more financial assistance for this.

Peroration:

Parents are the first teachers of children. There is a song in our country “There is no better temple than the mother, there is nothing higher than the word of the father, Every child is born a good child, and it is in the mother's upbringing that he becomes good and evil". So it is a fact of life, in my experience, that it is best for educated parents to become teachers for their children for a while.
