Draft country programme documents

Guidelines

In accordance with Executive Board decision 2014/1, country programme documents (CPDs) are considered and approved in one session, on a no-objection basis.

The 12 draft CPDs* listed in the table below, along with the respective costed evaluation plans (CEPs), are being presented to the Executive Board for review and comment from 
17 November–7 December 2020.

Starting with the 2021 first regular session of the UNICEF Executive Board, to facilitate the review of the draft CPDs presented at each session, the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Frameworks (in final or draft form) will be made available on the UNSDG website, and are accessible via the following link:

Any comments should be sent by email to [email protected] by 18:00 Eastern Standard Time (USA) on 7 December 2020, or earlier, using this template to provide comments on each of the CPDs.(The commenting period is closed.)
 
All comments will be:
     • made public on the Executive Board website;
     • considered by the respective requesting country, in close consultation with UNICEF.

The final CPDs have been posted on the session page of the Executive Board website in English six weeks ahead of the 2021 first regular session, and in the other designated languages four weeks ahead of the session, in accordance with established practice.
