Phase III: Testing the Child Guarantee: First session of the National Steering Committee was held

On Thursday, February 18, a first session of the National Steering Committee was held. The National Steering Committee is the main managing body of the programme and has three main roles:

1. Programme monitoring and strategic advice
2. Promoting the Programme
3. Support for the impact of the Programme

Chairs:

1. Regina M. Castillo, UNICEF Representative in Croatia
2. Margareta Madjeric, State Secretary from the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy

At the first session of the National Steering Committee, the members discussed the components of the Programme, the goals and previous experiences of the implementation of the Program, as well as the key challenges and opportunities for Croatia.
