Operations Manager (P3)
The role will be responsible for ensuring effective, equitable, efficient, and sustainable operational systems in the specific areas of Finance, Business Analysis, Accounts, Risk Management, Internal controls, Budgeting, Administration and Quality Assurance. The incumbent may also guide and support a group of general services and professional staff to deliver Operations services in a small country office, zonal or sub-office in support of the country programme implementation.
Finance and Administration Manager (P4)
The role will be responsible for ensuring effective, equitable, efficient, and sustainable operational systems in the broad operational and administrative areas of Finance, Accounts, Risk Management, Internal controls, Budgeting, Administration and Quality Assurance. The incumbent will also guide and support a group of professional staff to manage and deliver administration and finance services in a medium sized country office or regional office.
Chief, Strategic Operations and Planning (P5)
The role will be responsible for the management of cost-effective, efficient and results driven strategic operations in support of division/regional/special programmes management, administration and implementation of the work related to office planning. The incumbent will lead and guide technical and operations internal planning of divisional/regional/special programmes’ activities in support of effective implementation of the workplan and R/OMP.
