To carry out this mission, PFP coordinates fundraising activities and private sector partnerships with UNICEF National Committees and country offices across the globe. The division also implements global strategies in child rights advocacy, communication and brand positioning in National Committee countries through a range of partnerships, including with the media, corporations, civil society and young people. UNICEF seeks talent from diverse backgrounds to support this work.

East Asia and the Pacific
Stretching from Mongolia in the North to Tonga in the South, UNICEF’s East Asia and Pacific (EAP) region is one of the most diverse and dynamic areas in world. The region houses one quarter of the world’s children, and it is also one of the most disaster-prone regions. Across the region, 28 countries offices deliver programmes supporting the fulfillment of children’s rights. We offer a wide range of employment opportunities, from internships, volunteering and consultancies, to fixed-term and temporary staff positions in various functional areas.
Eastern and Southern Africa
The Eastern and Southern Africa region is diverse, with some of the world’s poorest countries as well as richer countries where progress meets striking inequalities. Challenges include the impact of conflict and natural disasters. Across 21 country offices, we offer exciting and cutting-edge career opportunities for professionals seeking to help children to survive and thrive in both development and humanitarian settings.

Europe and Central Asia
UNICEF works for disadvantaged children and adolescents across 21 countries and territories in Europe and Central Asia. Our programmes support the fulfillment of their rights as well as respond to the needs of refugee and migrant women and children. We look for committed professionals willing to engage in the challenging and rewarding work of advocating for children's rights, helping to meet their basic needs and expanding their opportunities to reach their full potential.
Latin America and the Caribbean
UNICEF works in 36 countries and territories across the Latin America and the Caribbean region to promote the rights and wellbeing of all children and adolescents in the region. The world’s most unequal region, huge progress has improved the lives of many children, but left behind others, including children living in poverty and those of African or indigenous descent. We promote investment and public policies and develop regional alliances in the areas of health, education, and protection to enable equal opportunities in life and safe environments. UNICEF seeks strategic thinkers with technical expertise, who strive to advocate and achieve results for children.
Middle East and North Africa
Stretching from Morocco to the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Middle East and North Africa region faces multiple and complex humanitarian crises, where 24 million children in need live in conflict-affected countries. Offices in the region manage and implement programmes supporting the fulfillment of children’s rights in more than 15 countries. We offer a wide range of employment opportunities in the region, from internships, volunteering, consultancies to fixed-term and temporary staff positions in various functional areas.

South Asia
Across eight countries, UNICEF supports the design, demonstration and delivery of results for children. Countries in South Asia have made impressive gains for children, but there are huge disparities. Millions of children contend with poverty and discrimination due to gender or ethnicity. UNICEF is dedicated to advancing the rights of all children in the region, especially the most disadvantaged. We offer a wide range of employment opportunities, from internships, volunteering, consultancies to fixed-term and temporary staff positions in various functional areas.

West and Central Africa
West and Central Africa is a region with diverse cultures, beliefs, languages and lifestyles – marked by contrasts of stability and conflict, affluence and poverty. It is home to 403 million people – half of them children. We work with partners across 24 countries in the region and offer a wide range of employment opportunities, from internships, volunteering and consultancies, to fixed-term and temporary staff positions in various functional areas.
