About
Steps Together is a programme for a safe school environment and prevention of bullying and violence at school, jointly implemented as
a pilot programme by UNICEF Bulgaria and the Ministry of Education and Science of Bulgaria, with the active participation of five schools in Bulgaria in 2020-2022:
Secondary School No 7 „Sveti Sedmochislenitsi“, Sofia
High school of Nature sciences and Mathematics „Prof. Emanuil
Ivanov“, Kyustendil
„Georgi Benkovski“ Secondary School, Teteven
„Hristo Smirnenski“ Secondary School, Iskar
„Saint Cyril and Methodius“ Secondary School, Zavet
The programme is a comprehensive school policy for a safe educational environment and supports the implementation of the Mechanism for Combating Bullying and Violence in Institutions in the System of Preschool and School Education.
